Plate Valve

Classical compressor valve for universal applications.

Applicable  for any gas, pressure and speed. 

 The slender ports design makes it possible to increase there quantity , which leads to a lower lift of the valve plate by flow.

This is however less suitable for polluted gases and condensates.

 

 

Ring Valve

The pressure loss of the valve are reduced due to the geometry of the profile rings.

The individual rings cope better with condensates in the gas. Together with the large ports and the tangential contact of the rings against the conical sealing faces have a self cleaning effect and therefore a great advantage in the case of polluted gasses.

 

 

 

Popped valve

Good flow characteristics  are achieved with the poppets, similar to profiled rings.

The reduction to one sealing face especialy for ligth gases leads to a minimized leakage.
